Terms of Service
LARA'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS
MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Proposed Version 1.0 — October 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to services performed by LARA'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS ("Contractor"), as applicable to the services expressly included in the Customer's accepted proposal.
The General Terms apply to all projects. Service-specific provisions apply only to the corresponding work included in the accepted proposal. The agreement, applicable written warranties, and mandatory California contract documents control in the event of a conflict.
SECTION A — GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Proposal
By accepting and signing the proposal, Customer authorizes LARA'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS to perform the described work according to the agreed scope, specifications, price, and payment schedule.
The accepted proposal, applicable Terms & Conditions, service-specific provisions, written warranty, required legal notices, and approved change orders constitute the agreement between Customer and Contractor.
Any additional promises or changes to the agreed scope must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
Estimates remain valid for sixty (60) days unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to review.
2. Deposits, Invoicing & Payments
Customer agrees to make all payments according to the payment schedule specified in the accepted proposal.
Unless otherwise stated, the final balance is due upon substantial completion of the contracted work.
For applicable California residential home improvement contracts, down payments shall not exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less, except where a lawful exception applies. Progress payments shall comply with applicable California requirements and correspond to the value of work performed or materials delivered.
Invoices will be sent electronically unless otherwise agreed.
Payment by credit card may be subject to an applicable processing charge only when permitted by law and card-network requirements and disclosed before payment.
Customer shall not withhold undisputed amounts solely because of minor outstanding punch-list items. This provision does not limit any lawful withholding rights or remedies.
3. Nonpayment, Collections & Mechanics Liens
All amounts owed under the accepted agreement shall be paid according to the contractual payment schedule.
If payment is not received when due, LARA'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS reserves the right, to the extent permitted by California law, to:
- Issue written payment reminders, invoices, and formal demands for payment.
- Suspend further work when legally permitted and after any required notice.
- Assess applicable late charges or interest expressly stated in the agreement and permitted by law.
- Refer delinquent accounts to a collection agency or legal representative.
- Pursue recovery of unpaid balances through lawful collection proceedings, arbitration, or court action.
- Seek recovery of collection expenses, court costs, attorney's fees, and other charges only when authorized by an enforceable agreement or applicable law.
- Record and, if necessary, enforce a mechanics lien against the real property improved by Contractor, provided all applicable California requirements and deadlines are satisfied.
MECHANICS LIEN RIGHTS: Customer acknowledges that failure to pay for authorized construction improvements may result in a legally valid mechanics lien claim against the improved property. A mechanics lien may affect the property's sale, refinancing, or title and may be enforced through legal proceedings.
Contractor retains all mechanics lien and other payment remedies available under California law. Nothing in this provision eliminates required notices, lien releases, statutory deadlines, or Customer protections.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Remobilization
Customer cancellation rights are subject to applicable California law, including any required three-business-day or five-business-day cancellation period and other applicable statutory rights.
Following expiration of applicable cancellation rights, Customer may be responsible for reasonable, documented costs incurred for authorized work, special-order materials, equipment, labor, and other recoverable expenses, as permitted by law.
If Customer cancels or reschedules work with less than seventy-two (72) hours' notice, or denies previously agreed access when the crew arrives, a scheduling or remobilization charge of up to $500 may apply where lawful and reasonably supported by resulting costs.
Such charges shall not apply to a valid exercise of statutory cancellation rights.
5. Scope of Work & Unforeseen Conditions
The accepted proposal includes only the labor, equipment, materials, and services expressly described.
Existing conditions that were concealed, inaccessible, or not reasonably identifiable during the original inspection may require additional work.
Examples include concealed cracks, unsuitable soils, excessive moisture, underground utilities, damaged substrates, unforeseen demolition, hidden voids, or structural deficiencies.
Additional work affecting pricing or scheduling requires a written, approved change order before proceeding, as required by law.
Contractor is not required to perform additional work outside the approved scope without authorization.
6. Scheduling & Delays
Proposed start dates, completion dates, and project durations depend on weather, temperature, jobsite conditions, material availability, inspections, equipment availability, and other relevant factors.
Circumstances beyond Contractor's reasonable control may require schedule adjustments. Contractor will communicate material delays and comply with any applicable written scheduling requirements.
7. Customer Responsibilities & Site Access
Customer shall provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including access for personnel, vehicles, machinery, and materials.
Before work begins, Customer shall remove personal belongings, vehicles, furniture, inventory, and unnecessary obstructions.
Customer shall identify known private utilities, irrigation lines, plumbing, electrical lines, and other concealed improvements.
Unless specifically included in the proposal, moving customer property, relocating utilities, and clearing significant obstructions are excluded.
Additional work or delays arising from unavailable access or unprepared areas may require a change order.
8. Existing Landscaping, Utilities & Adjacent Property
Contractor will exercise reasonable care to protect existing landscaping, structures, irrigation systems, plumbing, electrical lines, and adjacent improvements.
Unless specifically included, landscaping restoration, sprinkler relocation, existing utility repairs, and restoration of unrelated improvements are excluded from the contracted scope.
Contractor is not responsible for preexisting damage or concealed, unmarked, undisclosed, or inaccurately identified conditions except to the extent responsibility arises from Contractor's negligence or applicable law.
9. Permits & Inspections
Responsibility for obtaining permits, arranging inspections, and securing necessary owner, property-management, or HOA approvals shall be identified in the proposal.
Any required permit or inspection must be obtained or completed as required by applicable law.
Excluded permit fees do not waive applicable permitting requirements.
10. Jobsite Protection, Dust & Cleanup
Customer shall prevent unauthorized access to the work area during installation and curing.
Damage caused by pets, other trades, premature traffic, irrigation, unauthorized use, or third parties may require additional corrective work at Customer's expense, where legally appropriate.
Grinding, demolition, surface preparation, and concrete placement can produce dust, vibration, noise, and incidental debris.
Contractor shall use appropriate dust-control, safety, and cleanup practices required by applicable regulations.
Removal of unrelated debris, hazardous materials, and customer property is excluded unless specifically included.
11. Project Completion & Final Inspection
Customer shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work upon substantial completion.
Substantial completion means the contracted work is sufficiently complete for its intended use, subject to curing restrictions and any remaining corrective items.
Any outstanding punch-list work shall be documented and addressed within a reasonable period.
The absence of Customer at the final inspection does not automatically waive legally enforceable claims or warranty rights.
12. General Warranty Conditions
Only warranties expressly stated in the accepted proposal or applicable written warranty documentation shall apply.
Warranties cover qualifying defects within the defined coverage period and do not guarantee that materials will remain free of normal wear, environmental effects, or inherent material characteristics.
Damage caused by misuse, excessive loads, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, chemical exposure outside product limitations, and unrelated existing conditions is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Any manufacturer warranty is separate from Contractor's workmanship warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Warranty Claims & Corrective Work
Customer shall promptly notify Contractor in writing upon discovering a suspected defect during the applicable warranty period.
Contractor shall be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected area and investigate the cause.
For a covered defect, an appropriate corrective remedy may include localized repair, filling, patching, recoating, refinishing, or replacement of affected portions.
Complete replacement is not automatically required where an appropriate localized repair can properly correct the defect, subject to applicable law.
Repairs may differ in color, texture, gloss, and appearance from adjacent surfaces. An exact match is not guaranteed.
14. Color, Texture & Appearance
Concrete and resinous flooring systems are installed and finished under field conditions.
Reasonable variations in color, texture, pattern, shading, sheen, aggregate exposure, curing appearance, and overall uniformity can occur.
Photographs, samples, and previously completed projects are representative references and do not guarantee identical results unless the written specifications require them.
Normal aesthetic variations are not automatically workmanship defects. This section does not excuse work that fails to meet agreed specifications or applicable standards.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, Contractor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
This provision does not exclude responsibility for negligence, defective workmanship, personal injury, property damage, or statutory rights to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be limited.
16. Photographs & Documentation
Contractor may photograph or record the project for estimating, progress documentation, quality assurance, and warranty evaluation.
Use of identifying Customer information, private property interiors, or sensitive images for public advertising shall require appropriate authorization.
17. Contract Interpretation
The accepted proposal and any applicable written service-specific warranty shall establish the actual scope and coverage for the project.
Any modification affecting pricing, work, or schedule must be documented and authorized as required by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining valid provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION B — NEW CONCRETE INSTALLATION
Applicable to newly installed driveways, sidewalks, patios, walkways, steps, landings, foundations, slabs, curbs, and other cast-in-place concrete work.
18. Concrete Cracking & Shrinkage
Concrete is subject to natural shrinkage, expansion, contraction, and movement.
Hairline cracks, random nonstructural cracks, and ordinary shrinkage cracking can occur despite the use of reinforcement, proper base preparation, and control joints.
Such cracking is not automatically considered defective workmanship.
Cracks reaching or exceeding 1/4 inch in width within the warranty period may be evaluated for possible repair.
Cracks involving significant displacement, structural concerns, or indications of improper installation may be evaluated independently of width.
Evaluation does not automatically guarantee repair or replacement.
19. Concrete Surface Conditions
Variations in broom finish, trowel finish, color, shading, texture, curing patterns, surface porosity, and minor surface imperfections can occur.
An exact uniform finish, texture, or appearance is not guaranteed.
Flaking, scaling, spalling, chipping, or surface deterioration arising from ordinary wear, chemical exposure, improper maintenance, or unrelated environmental conditions is excluded from warranty coverage.
Conditions caused by defective workmanship remain subject to the applicable workmanship warranty.
20. Control Joints & Reinforcement
Control joints help direct cracking but cannot guarantee that cracks will occur only within those joints.
Reinforcement helps manage crack separation but does not prevent cracking entirely.
Joint placement, reinforcement, and construction specifications shall be based on the accepted scope and applicable requirements.
21. Grading, Drainage & Settlement
Concrete shall be graded according to the elevations and drainage requirements included in the accepted proposal.
Minor temporary water retention may occur due to surface texture, weather, and field conditions.
Unless specifically stated, Contractor does not guarantee elimination of all standing water or correction of drainage conditions outside the work area.
Settlement or displacement caused by unrelated soil movement, underground leaks, erosion, or modifications performed by others is excluded.
Contractor remains responsible for properly performing any grading, base preparation, and compaction expressly included in the contracted work.
22. Curing, Loading & Maintenance
Customer shall follow project-specific instructions concerning foot traffic, vehicle traffic, loading, cleaning, curing, sealing, and maintenance.
Premature use, excessive loading, chemical exposure, or improper maintenance may damage new concrete.
Damage directly caused by failure to follow these instructions is excluded from warranty coverage.
23. New Concrete Warranty
LARA'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS provides a one-year limited workmanship warranty on newly installed concrete, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Coverage applies to qualifying defects directly resulting from improper installation or workmanship.
Normal cracking, ordinary wear, reasonable aesthetic variations, and excluded external conditions are not covered.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection, evaluation, and the corrective-work provisions of this agreement.
SECTION C — EPOXY, POLYUREA, POLYASPARTIC & URETHANE CEMENT COATINGS
Applicable to flake flooring, solid-color epoxy, metallic epoxy, quartz broadcast, epoxy mortar, urethane cement, moisture-mitigation systems, and other resinous flooring.
24. Existing Concrete & Substrate Conditions
Resinous coatings are dependent upon the integrity and condition of the underlying substrate.
Existing cracks, hidden contamination, moisture, movement, weak concrete, previous repairs, and concealed defects may affect system performance.
Contractor is not responsible for failures arising solely from preexisting substrate deficiencies outside the agreed preparation or repair scope.
Additional repairs discovered during grinding, shot blasting, or substrate preparation may require a written change order.
25. Moisture Vapor & Hydrostatic Pressure
Concrete may transmit moisture vapor or experience hydrostatic pressure, groundwater intrusion, and other moisture-related conditions.
Where specified, Contractor may perform moisture testing and install an approved moisture-mitigation system according to the agreed specifications.
Moisture mitigation is not a guarantee against flooding, active water intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, or conditions exceeding the installed system's published limitations.
If a recommended moisture-mitigation system is declined, the parties shall document the declined recommendation and any associated system limitations.
Damage caused by moisture conditions outside the contracted system's capabilities may be excluded, but defects attributable to improper installation remain subject to applicable warranties.
26. Coating Adhesion & Delamination
Warranty coverage for coating adhesion or delamination shall apply only to the extent expressly stated in the accepted proposal or written warranty schedule.
Failures attributable to improper surface preparation, mixing, application, or other covered workmanship defects remain eligible for evaluation.
Failures resulting solely from unrelated substrate movement, excessive moisture, external contamination, or misuse may be excluded.
Warranty duration varies by installed system and must be identified in writing.
27. Color, Finish & Decorative Variations
Metallic epoxy, broadcast flake, quartz, and decorative coatings may display natural differences in color distribution, pattern, texture, sheen, and finish.
Metallic movement patterns and broadcast distribution cannot be reproduced identically.
Minor application-related variations may occur, provided the finished work meets applicable specifications and workmanship requirements.
28. Surface Imperfections & Outgassing
Existing substrate porosity, air movement, temperature changes, and moisture conditions may contribute to pinholes, bubbles, or outgassing during installation.
Where conditions are discovered during preparation or application, additional substrate treatment may be recommended.
Additional treatment outside the original scope requires appropriate authorization.
Surface imperfections resulting from defective application remain Contractor's responsibility under the applicable warranty. Abnormal blisters, craters, and delamination are not automatically acceptable finished conditions.
29. UV Exposure, Chemical Resistance & Wear
Coating performance varies by system.
Some materials may discolor or amber under ultraviolet exposure. Chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal resistance, and other performance characteristics depend upon the specific product selected.
No coating is guaranteed to be scratch-proof, stain-proof, or damage-proof.
Damage from dragging equipment, excessive abrasion, chemical exposure outside product specifications, impacts, or improper use may be excluded.
30. Existing Cracks & Joint Movement
Cracks and control joints in existing concrete may continue to move after coating installation.
Crack filling and joint treatment do not guarantee that cracks will never return or reflect through the coating.
Unless expressly specified, coating installation does not eliminate underlying structural or movement conditions.
31. Jobsite Conditions, Contamination & Curing
Customer shall provide required access, temperature conditions, ventilation, and protection from water, dust, debris, pets, and other trades.
Curing and return-to-service requirements vary by product and environmental conditions.
Customer shall follow Contractor's written instructions before permitting foot traffic, vehicle traffic, washdowns, chemical exposure, or equipment loading.
Damage caused by premature use or external interference may require additional work at Customer's expense.
32. Cleaning, Maintenance & Service Life
Customer shall use cleaning methods and products compatible with the installed coating system.
Abrasive pads, aggressive chemicals, improper solvents, and unsuitable cleaning procedures can damage resinous floors.
Commercial and industrial systems may require periodic maintenance or renewal of sacrificial wear surfaces depending on usage.
Warranty coverage does not eliminate routine maintenance responsibilities.
33. Resinous Coating Warranty
Resinous coating warranties are limited to the duration, coverage, and conditions expressly stated in the accepted proposal or applicable written warranty schedule.
Any advertised extended warranty, including a fifteen-year flake flooring warranty where offered, applies only when specifically identified in the contract and subject to its written coverage and exclusions.
Warranty coverage is not automatically identical across epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, urethane cement, metallic, quartz, or specialty systems.
SECTION D — CONCRETE OVERLAYS, RESURFACING & DECORATIVE FINISHES
34. Existing Substrate Conditions
Concrete overlays and resurfacing systems are applied over existing substrates.
Their performance depends on the underlying concrete's strength, stability, moisture condition, and preparation.
Overlay installation does not restore structural integrity to defective or unstable concrete unless specifically included in the contracted scope.
35. Reflective Cracking & Movement
Existing cracks, control joints, construction joints, and other movement conditions may reflect through an overlay.
Crack treatment is intended to address existing conditions but does not guarantee that cracking will never reappear.
New cracking caused by unrelated substrate movement is not automatically covered by the overlay warranty.
36. Overlay Color, Texture & Curing
Decorative overlays may exhibit variations in texture, broom patterns, color, shading, moisture appearance, drying characteristics, and curing coloration.
Different application areas, weather conditions, substrate absorption, and finishing techniques may affect final appearance.
An exact match to existing concrete, prior samples, or photographs is not guaranteed.
Work must nevertheless meet agreed specifications and applicable installation standards.
37. Overlay Adhesion & Delamination
Any overlay adhesion or delamination warranty shall apply for the duration stated in the proposal.
Failures caused by defective workmanship remain eligible for covered corrective work.
Failures caused solely by concealed substrate deficiencies, movement, active moisture intrusion, or excluded external conditions may not be covered.
38. Sealing & Maintenance
Sealers may change the appearance of concrete, including temporary darkening, increased color intensity, or differences in sheen.
The final appearance may vary depending upon the product, substrate, application, drying conditions, and environmental exposure.
Sealers require appropriate application conditions and routine maintenance.
Customer shall follow recommended cleaning, resealing, and usage instructions.
39. Overlay & Resurfacing Warranty
Overlay and resurfacing warranty periods and coverage shall be defined in the applicable written proposal.
Covered workmanship defects may include improper installation or adhesion attributable to Contractor, subject to evaluation.
Normal weathering, reasonable variations in appearance, and unrelated substrate movement are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION E — POLISHED CONCRETE & FLOOR RESTORATION
40. Existing Floor Conditions
Polished concrete results depend on existing slab hardness, mix design, aggregate, previous finishing methods, coatings, stains, repairs, and overall substrate condition.
Existing variations, defects, and damage may remain visible after polishing.
41. Aggregate Exposure & Surface Appearance
Aggregate exposure may vary between different slab areas and concrete placements.
An exact aggregate pattern or consistent appearance across all areas is not guaranteed unless expressly specified and reasonably achievable.
Differences in color, aggregate distribution, patch visibility, and historical surface wear may remain.
42. Gloss & Reflectivity
Final sheen and gloss depend on the agreed polishing sequence, concrete composition, density, floor flatness, and condition.
Contractor shall perform the specified polishing process but does not guarantee identical gloss measurements across areas of materially different concrete unless testing criteria are expressly included in the proposal.
43. Existing Patches, Cracks & Repairs
Previously repaired areas, new patching, joint fillers, crack repairs, and replacement concrete may remain visibly different from the surrounding polished surface.
An invisible or exact visual match is not guaranteed.
Existing cracks and joints may continue to move or reopen due to underlying concrete conditions.
44. Stains, Contamination & Existing Coatings
Deeply absorbed oil, grease, adhesives, chemicals, dyes, moisture staining, and previous coating residues may not be completely removable through normal polishing.
Additional treatment or restoration work outside the original scope may require authorization and additional charges.
45. Polished Concrete Maintenance & Warranty
Polished concrete requires appropriate cleaning, maintenance, and periodic treatment as applicable.
Polishing does not make concrete stain-proof, scratch-proof, or impervious to chemicals.
Any workmanship warranty shall be expressly identified in the accepted proposal.
Ordinary abrasion, chemical etching, staining, wear, and damage caused by improper maintenance are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION F — POLYURETHANE FOAM INJECTION & CONCRETE LIFTING
46. Concrete Lifting & Leveling Expectations
Polyurethane foam injection is intended to raise, stabilize, or support existing concrete within the practical limitations of the slab and underlying conditions.
Contractor will use reasonable care and appropriate methods to achieve the agreed lift or stabilization objectives.
Exact elevation restoration, complete lifting, and perfectly uniform transitions cannot be guaranteed where existing slab conditions or other physical limitations prevent those results.
47. Existing Slab Damage & Movement
Existing concrete may contain concealed cracks, weakened sections, reinforcement, voids, or other deficiencies.
Lifting operations can place stress on existing concrete and adjacent improvements.
Cracking, movement, or damage caused solely by preexisting deficiencies or unavoidable conditions may be excluded.
Contractor remains responsible for damage caused by negligence or defective workmanship to the extent required by law.
48. Underground Voids & Additional Material
The quantity of foam required is based on the conditions reasonably identifiable during estimating.
Unexpectedly large voids, underground cavities, or unsuitable soil conditions may require additional material or alternative corrective methods.
Additional charges shall be documented and authorized before extra work proceeds, as required by law.
49. Future Settlement & Drainage
Polyurethane foam injection does not eliminate future soil erosion, underground water movement, expansive soil activity, or settlement caused by unrelated conditions.
Customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate drainage and addressing water intrusion or soil loss conditions outside the contracted scope.
Where required by the specific warranty, maintaining properly sealed cracks and joints and adjacent backfill may be necessary to reduce the risk of future soil washout.
50. Injection Holes & Appearance
Injection holes will be patched using suitable materials.
Patches may remain visible and may differ in color, texture, or finish from surrounding concrete.
An exact match is not guaranteed.
51. Concrete Lifting Warranty
A five-year limited re-lift or settlement warranty applies only to polyurethane lifting projects expressly designated as eligible in the accepted proposal.
The warranty's covered conditions, exclusions, repair method, and any service charges must be specified in the written project warranty.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a re-lift remedy may utilize existing injection locations where appropriate.
Future settlement caused by flooding, continuing erosion, unresolved drainage problems, unauthorized alterations, or other excluded conditions may not be covered.
52. Foundation-Related Work
Foundation stabilization or lifting services, if specifically contracted, shall be subject to a separate scope and written warranty appropriate to the work.
Cracking of existing drywall, plaster, stucco, paint, and other finishes may occur as existing structures move.
Such damage shall be evaluated based on cause and applicable legal responsibilities rather than automatically excluded in all circumstances.
Foundation structural repairs outside Contractor's licensed classification or authorized scope are not included.
SECTION G — PROJECT-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
53. Temperature, Weather & Material Conditions
Temperature, humidity, precipitation, substrate moisture, wind, and other conditions can affect concrete placement, coating applications, curing, and finishing.
Contractor may adjust scheduling or installation procedures as reasonably required by material specifications and safe construction practices.
54. Protection of Surrounding Finishes
Contractor will use reasonable precautions, including masking where appropriate, when working near walls, baseboards, paint, doors, landscaping, and finished surfaces.
Fragile or deteriorated existing finishes may be susceptible to damage during normal preparation or masking.
Preexisting conditions and repairs outside the contracted scope shall be addressed as provided in the general property-protection provisions.
55. Traffic Restrictions & Return to Service
Customer must comply with the return-to-service times applicable to the installed product or concrete system.
Foot traffic, vehicle traffic, washdowns, equipment use, and chemical exposure shall not resume until permitted by Contractor's project-specific instructions.
Premature use can impair performance and may affect coverage for resulting damage.
56. Commercial & Industrial Projects
Customer shall disclose known operational requirements, equipment loads, chemicals, washdown procedures, temperature exposure, and other unusual operating conditions relevant to product selection.
Unless expressly included, Contractor does not guarantee suitability for undisclosed operating conditions or uses outside the agreed specifications.
Commercial shutdowns, tenant coordination, production interruptions, and specialized site access shall be addressed in the accepted scope and schedule.
57. Repairs, Maintenance & Future Modifications
Repairs, modifications, installation of equipment, cutting, drilling, anchoring, or other work by third parties after completion may affect concrete and coating performance.
Damage caused by such work is excluded from warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.
Maintenance services, periodic resealing, restoration, and recoating are not included unless expressly stated in the proposal.
SECTION H — FINAL AGREEMENT
58. Service-Specific Applicability
Only the sections corresponding to services expressly included in the accepted proposal apply to that project.
For example, a new concrete driveway is governed by the General Terms and New Concrete provisions. A coating over existing concrete is governed by the General Terms and applicable Resinous Coatings provisions.
Multiple service-specific sections may apply when the project includes more than one type of work.
59. Governing Law
The agreement shall be interpreted according to applicable California law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights, notices, remedies, or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
60. Customer Acknowledgment
By signing the accepted proposal, Customer acknowledges having been provided with or given access to the applicable Terms & Conditions before acceptance, subject to all mandatory contract-delivery and disclosure requirements.
Customer acknowledges the agreed scope, price, payment schedule, applicable warranty, project responsibilities, and limitations described in the contract documents.
END OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
